Cancellation Policy

• Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment (sugaring, facial, reflexology, and/or ear candling) will receive no charges.

• Notification given less than 24 hour prior to your appointment time may result in a 50% service charge

 

•  Failure to show up for your appointment along with no response to text/call follow-up will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. If you are a Preferred Guest of GSS and need to cancel within a 24 hour period, your cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of your Service Provider.
